Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Agency Development
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Compliance and Operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Proven work experience in a leadership role within the Recruitment and Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
