ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goalsPlan and execute product displays in retail stores to showcase new products or promotionsMonitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of productsAnalyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement and pricingConduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferencesCollaborate with designers to create eye-catching visual displays that attract customersTrain retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniquesMonitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordinglyReport on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback regularlyRequirementsMust be an Indian national residing in Sharjah, UAE (preference for those who can provide their own accommodation)Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industryProven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of current market trends and consumer behaviorValid UAE driver's license preferredWe offer a competitive salary package including free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses.
