We are currently searching for a Technical Support Manager to support our business development in the United Arab Emirates. This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe). IMOU is a global leader in the Smart Home segment. We are No.1 brand in Vietnam and are a go‑to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home overseas. Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group, the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU’s mission is to make smart home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers. Job Description Training (Offline & Online) Target trainees: sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters. Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training. Service objects: distributors, resellers and installers. Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc. Processing method: Facebook, phone, chat software. Offline Technical Support Service object: distributors, resellers and installers. Typical scenario: Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues. Translation Sorting out localized user guidance materials. General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting. Product Promotion Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions. Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting. App Operation & Promotion Partner App: update product material and promote the App to resellers and installers. Job Requirement 3-year experience in a technical support position. Deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products. Familiar with CCTV, smart home, WiFi Camera industry. Qualifications Bachelor degree of technical or related field. Good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking. Good interpersonal, written, oral communication and presentation skills. Customer-oriented. Accustomed to frequent business trips.
