Conduct research on materials, finishes and construction techniques to ensure designs are both innovative and feasible. Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in 3D modeling and architectural rendering. Proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work. Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max V-Ray or similar rendering software. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, spatial design and construction techniques. Proficiency in other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
