We’re looking for an experienced PR Director to join StickyGinger — someone who can think big, lead with confidence, and deliver bold work that actually matters. You’ll lead award-winning clients across fashion, automotive, and hospitality, with the freedom and support to do it your way.You:Lead from the front, but know when to step back and empower.Coach your team like you wish someone had coached you.Challenge the old way of doing PR, blending insight, emotion, and business acumen (whilst upholding the structure and process that any standout PR team needs).Turn research into results, and client needs into headlines.Have experience working in an agency, specifically in the GCC.The work:Lead and grow a team of PR professionals — inspiring, guiding, and achieving results.Build and execute campaigns that resonate and make an impact.Serve as the strategic go-to for global clients, focusing on innovative thinking and tangible outcomes.Shape the agency’s future by leading new business pitches, proposals, and partnerships.Manage budgets responsibly.Rally media, influencers, and stakeholders to champion our clients.Build client relationships based on trust, not templates.You’ll need:6+ years of agency experience, including at least 1 year as a PR Director.Based in Dubai.Strong communication skills: English required; Arabic is a bonus.Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.The benefits of being part of SG:WFH Fridays — Great work doesn’t only happen in the office.Work from anywhere — Up to 2 weeks a year working remotely, wherever inspires you most.Wellness Days — Up to 4 days a year just for you.
