What you’ll bring to the role:Strong leadership of restaurant operations and service standardsA relentless focus on guest satisfaction and service excellenceThe ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse F&B teamCommercial awareness with a focus on revenue, productivity and profitabilityThe energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced operationStrong collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless VIP and guest experiencesExcellent organisation, communication and operational follow-throughWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role within hospitalityStrong Food & Beverage and restaurant operations knowledgeExcellent English communication and writing skillsExperience in a multicultural environment is an advantageKnowledge of menu planning, recipes, administration and kitchen organisationA positive attitude with the ability to work with speed and efficiencyIf you’re ready to lead the floor, inspire the cast and make every service a Paramount performance, we want to hear from you.
