Operations Manager, UTR, Amazon Now

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate is responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores managing data accuracy for operational dashboards and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores. Track and index operational metrics including count compliance fulfillment times inventory accuracy and delivery performance across city networks Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience Experience with data querying or modeling with SQL Required Experience Manager Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
