The role is responsible for providing hands‑on, on‑site training to construction workers across various trades, ensuring skills are applied effectively in real working conditions. The position focuses on supervising workmanship, maintaining quality standards, assessing worker performance, and addressing on‑site issues through practical guidance. It also involves evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining training records, reporting progress to the Head of QA/QC, and organizing follow‑up sessions to continuously improve worker competency and productivity. ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on training for workers in specific construction skills such as: Carpentry, Masonry, Steel fixing, painting works etc. Provide hands‑on training on construction tasks while working on‑site to ensure that workers are properly trained in the actual working environment. Oversee workers as they practice their skills on live construction projects, providing guidance and feedback to improve their performance. Ensure workers are consistently applying the training they’ve received, maintaining the required standards of quality and workmanship in their tasks. Help workers troubleshoot issues as they arise on‑site & providing practical solutions to resolve it. Educate workers on the importance of maintaining equipment and tools, including identifying signs of wear and performing basic maintenance tasks. Keep detailed records of all training sessions, certifications, and assessments to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate workers’ skills and knowledge through tests, practical demonstrations, or on‑the‑job performance reviews to ensure that training goals are met. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, seeking feedback from workers and supervisors to understand what is working and what needs improvement. Provide guidance on how workers can manage their time efficiently to complete tasks within project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Provide detailed reports on worker progress and training outcomes to the Head of QA/QC. Organize follow‑up sessions to reinforce skills learned and provide additional training as needed as a part of re‑evaluating them for their performance effectiveness.#J-18808-Ljbffr
