About the RoleThis is a senior, "GM-style" individual contributor role where you will lead our expansion into the rapidly growing Middle East market. The key appeal is the high degree of ownership; you will build and execute the region's go-to-market strategy from the ground up, run your own end-to-end sales cycles, and act as the face of SandboxAQ. This is a unique opportunity for a technical sales leader who excels at closing complex, high-value cybersecurity deals and seeks to make a significant, measurable impact. What You’ll DoOwn the Middle East market:build, drive, and execute a regional GTM strategy, identify lighthouse accounts, and close enterprise deals.Full-cycle selling:Prospect, qualify, present, demo, negotiate, and close large, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.Technical evangelism:Deliver hands-on product demos, workshops, and POVs/POCs without needing dedicated SE support.Strategic relationships:Leverage your network to open doors at major banks, telcos, governments, energy, and other critical infrastructure customers.Channel & ecosystem building:Cultivate relationships with regional system integrators, VARs, and technology partners to drive pipeline.Market intelligence:Be SandboxAQ’s eyes and ears in the Middle East—report on trends, regulations (e.g., crypto agility, PQC mandates), and competitive moves.Brand presence:Represent SandboxAQ at regional events, executive briefings, and with press/analyst interactions when needed.Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, identity, cryptography, or infrastructure software.At least 3-5 years in a direct, quota-carrying sales role.A proven track record of closing complex, 6-7 figure deals in the Middle East with C-suite and technical stakeholders.An existing deep network across major enterprises and government sectors in the Middle East.An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the demonstrated ability to operate with minimal support, build a pipeline, and deliver revenue growth.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Preferred QualificationsA strong technical background (e.g., former Sales Engineer).Professional fluency in Arabic.SandboxAQ Welcomes AllWe are committed to creating an inclusive culture where we have zero tolerance for discrimination.
