We are a leading AI-driven customer experience platform that helps brands transform the way they listen, engage, and build relationships with customers through social listening, online reputation management (ORM), and omnichannel engagement. Our solutions empower enterprises to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. We are looking for an accomplished Global Head of Sales to build and scale our global sales organization. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth across India, the Middle East, Europe, and emerging markets, while shaping our go-to market strategy, strengthening enterprise relationships, and developing a high-performing international sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Leadership: Lead the whole sales team, consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustainable business growth in EMEA or Global market. Enterprise Sales Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprises, driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion. Solution Selling: Leverage a consultative approach to understand client pain points, present our AI driven solutions, and demonstrate value in solving complex challenges. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key influencers to drive deal conversions. CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.What We’re Looking For10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Marketing Tech, CX, or AI-driven solutions. Proven ability to scale sales teams, build global GTM structures, and manage multi-region sales operations. Strong track record of closing multi-million dollar enterprise SaaS deals across EMEA or Middle East markets.
