As we undergo an exciting transformation guided by the highest global standards in luxury hospitality, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey that will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026. From sunrise swims to serene spa moments, our resort embodies understated elegance, and we are building a team that reflects the same thoughtful care, intuitive service, and deep attention to detail. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have As a Server Assistant, you will support our Restaurant and Bar team in delivering seamless, intuitive, and personalized dining experiences. You are the quiet strength behind exceptional service, anticipating needs, maintaining flow, and ensuring every guest interaction feels effortless and refined. You take pride in precision, teamwork, and presentation, bringing grace and efficiency to every detail of the dining experience. What You Will DoAssist servers in setting up, clearing, and maintaining tables throughout service. Support the team with mise-en-place, side stations, and restaurant readiness before each shift. Deliver water, bread, and condiments to tables with grace and attentiveness. Ensure that all glassware, silverware, and tableware are polished and presented to the highest standard. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and stewarding teams to ensure timely service. Assist with clearing tables and resetting them efficiently between guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and back-of-house areas. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and company guidelines. Contribute to the overall dining atmosphere by displaying warmth, professionalism, and team spirit.What you bringMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort. Strong understanding of dining etiquette, table setting standards, and service flow. Excellent communication skills and a calm, guest-focused demeanor. Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive approach and an eye for detail. Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, or French) are an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
