Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion and handover.
Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, resources, and overall delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
13 to 15 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, project controls, and contract administration.
UAE experience is required, preferably with Abu Dhabi project experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, MRICS, or equivalent certification is preferred.
