This opportunity is specifically for professionals with practical, hands‑on experience in the wheat flour milling industry who can effectively oversee daily production activities and maintain operational efficiency.
The company welcomes applications from candidates based in the UAE as well as qualified professionals currently residing outside the country. Only applicants with relevant wheat flour milling experience will be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities within the wheat flour milling facility.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor milling operations and support efficient workflow.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
Prepare production reports and monitor equipment performance.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation &
Experience:
Experience in the wheat flour milling industry; previous hands‑on experience working in a wheat flour mill is mandatory, including Production Supervisor experience within the industry; UAE experience preferred, though relevant home‑country milling experience is also accepted.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of wheat flour milling operations, production supervision, and quality control.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and process management.
