We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our growing team and contribute to our efficient warehouse and logistics operations. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Forklift Operator to handle the movement, loading, and unloading of building materials within our warehouse and yard. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating different types of forklifts, committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, etc.) safely and efficiently to move, stack, load, and unload building materials like bricks, blocks, cement, tiles, and other supplies.Conduct pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition. Accurately receive and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy as per delivery notes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment. Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and damage to goods. Assist the warehouse team with inventory counting and other general duties as required. Coordinate with truck drivers and logistics staff for smooth loading/unloading operations.Qualifications and RequirementsValid UAE Forklift License is mandatory. Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in the building materials, construction, or logistics industry. Experience in handling heavy and bulky building materials is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety management. Ability to read and understand invoices, delivery notes, and storage labels. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor/warehouse environment. High level of responsibility, reliability, and a strong safety mindset. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.What We OfferA competitive salary package.
