Abilities
Attention to detail to ensure precision in machining. Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve machine issues. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina for operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate 2-axis CNC lathe machines for production. Monitor machine operations, adjust settings, and ensure smooth workflow. Inspect machined parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and tool management to optimize performance. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or programming issues. Maintain records of production, quality checks, and machine performance. Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace protocols.
