IT Contracts and Vendor Management SpecialistDicetek LLC is hiring an experienced IT Contracts and Vendor Management Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationship management.
The role ensures that all IT sourcing and procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

Maintain effective relationships with vendors to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual vendor performance through KPIs, audits, and feedback mechanisms to ensure accountability.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Identify risks in contracts and vendor engagements, implementing appropriate mitigation budgeting and forecasting for IT procurement activities to optimize costs and streamline approvals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and procurement governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor management systems.
Ideal ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in IT contracts and vendor management, preferably within banking, financial services, or government sectors.
Strong understanding of procurement systems, inventory controls, and governance frameworks.
Proven negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with procurement tools or ERP systems.
