Apt Resources is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a popular casual dining restaurant in Dubai. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience for customers. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high-quality food standards. As the Restaurant Manager, you will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, train and motivate staff, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a menu that resonates with our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the casual dining sector. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service quality, staff management, and financial reporting. Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure effective customer service and operational efficiency. Manage inventory and supplier relationships to maintain stock levels and control costs. Implement customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and promote repeat business. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Monitor service quality and address any customer complaints or issues promptly. Track restaurant performance and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement. Create a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and encourages staff retention. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth menu execution and service delivery. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining setting, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge and experience in food and beverage operations. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable.
