Key Responsibilities:Room Cleaning & Maintenance:Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel or property standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.General Cleaning:Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture. Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning appliances). Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Guest Assistance:Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to their rooms. Handle luggage, unpack for guests, and provide personalized room setup.Personalized Guest Service:Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience. Provide wake-up calls, morning coffee, or tea, and evening turndown service. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience as a housekeeper, butler, or in hospitality roles. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and providing personalized service. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy for guests.
