Performance Associate Director - E-CommerceWe are seeking an experienced Performance Associate Director for E-Commerce to lead performance-driven accounts and deliver measurable growth across large-scale retail and e-commerce clients. This role requires a strong background in performance marketing, digital commerce, and retail marketing, ideally within the GCC region. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Director and senior leadership to design and execute strategies that meet ambitious revenue and ROI targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and shoppingPartner with clients to translate their commercial goals into actionable digital strategiesOwn campaign performance with a laser focus on revenue delivery, sales KPIs, and return on ad spend (ROAS)Provide strategic recommendations on media mix, targeting, and optimization tacticsSupervise a team of managers and executives, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge sharingBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and manage senior-level client communicationsConduct regular performance reviews, insights reports, and forecasting for key accountsStay ahead of trends in e-commerce, ad tech, and consumer behavior within GCC marketsRequirements6+ years of proven experience in performance and e-commerce marketing, ideally within GCC marketsDemonstrated expertise in retail and digital commerce business modelsStrong command of Google, Meta, and performance-driven platformsExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in data-led decision makingProven track record of hitting revenue KPIs across multiple accountsLeadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a growing teamLocation & BrandLocation: DubaiBrand: CaratTime Type: Full timeContract Type: PermanentJob FunctionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Advertising ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at dentsu by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
