Were looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective data driven marketing decisions. As a Sales Account Manager you will manage and deliver against advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships identify/close revenue driving actions and develop your clients portfolio. Additionally you will be able to leverage Amazons proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations across our Search Video and Display products. This role is highly collaborative working with Creative Sales Product and Retail partners. The Sales Account Managers strategic digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers. Key Job Responsibilities Strive to delight our customers by becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions Take a consultative approach to optimizing customers advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights Manage a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance. Support the development of these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a analytical approach Educate advertisers on performance metrics insights and how to achieve greater results on Amazon Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction Retain and grow revenue from your book of business of existing advertisers Achieve upsell goals through insight driven recommendations A Day in the Life Qualifications 5 years of digital advertising or equivalent experience Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence internally and externally Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners An ability to deal with ambiguity.
