- FX BrokerageLocation: Dubai UAE (On-site) Full Relocation PackageWe are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills sales management experience and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teamsMonitor team KPIs performance and daily targetsCoach motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and depositsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsHandle escalations client issues and support agents when neededCoordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processesMaintain a positive and competitive working environmentRequirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD Brokerage.
Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of FX sales Conversion deposits and client handlingProven track record of achieving targets and managing teamsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluent in FrenchStrong reporting and organizational skillsWhat
