Director | MENA - Creating Futures | Technology Recruitment Solutions / Contract & Outsourced Recruitment | Salt Middle East (Part of Salt Solutions… Digital Strategy Consultant – Digital Identity - 12-month Contract We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Strategy Consultant to help shape and deliver large-scale digital identity initiatives. This role suits someone from a top‑tier or boutique consulting background who is a doer — able to move from strategy into delivery — rather than a pure SME. You’ll work across the full lifecycle of digital strategy and execution, with a strong focus on digital identity, verifiable credentials, and decentralised ID frameworks aligned to global standards. Key responsibilities Define digital strategy for identity‑led platforms and ecosystems Develop clear, business‑led use cases Translate strategy into solution requirements and target‑state designs Build implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans Define and shape operating models Lead delivery from a programme / PMO perspective (governing vendors and delivery teams rather than hands‑on build) What we’re looking for Proven consulting background (strategy through execution) Experience delivering digital identity or trust‑based platforms Strong stakeholder management and structured problem‑solving skills Comfortable leading complex programmes in regulated or enterprise environments This is a delivery‑focused strategy role with real ownership, visibility, and impact.
