Base pay range Notre client, une entreprise en hyper croissance au rayonnement international, crée un poste stratégique de Talent Acquisition Manager (H/F) afin de renforcer son équipe et d'accompagner son développement rapide à Dubaï. Votre mission : attirer les meilleurs talents, garantir une expérience candidat exemplaire et contribuer directement à la construction d'une équipe ambitieuse et passionnée. Poste / Missions Vos Missions Collaborer avec les responsables opérationnels pour comprendre précisément les besoins en recrutement. Rédiger et publier des annonces percutantes sur les job boards adaptés (Welcome to the Jungle, CCI Dubaï, etc.). Conduire l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : sourcing, préqualifications, entretiens, closing. Maintenir et enrichir un vivier de talents qualifiés. Mettre à jour l'ATS, suivre les KPI et assurer un reporting régulier. Accompagner managers et candidats à chaque étape du process pour fluidifier l'expérience de recrutement. Contribuer à l'on boarding et à l'off boarding. Assurer une veille active sur les tendances marché (rémunération, profils pénuriques, pratiques d'attraction). Profil Recherché Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en Talent Acquisition, dont au moins 1 an en start-up. Basé(e) obligatoirement à Dubaï Français natif et anglais courant. Diplôme Bachelor minimum. Disponible immédiatement ou sous 1 mois max. Bonus Maîtrise de l'arabe.
