Position: Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Expert Data CentersType: ContractCompensation: $100$140/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 510 hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesReview tasks involving design coordination procurement vendor data drawing packages EOR revisions constructability and more.
Check scope interfaces technical requirements schedule logic and material constraints.
Identify ambiguity conflicting documents missing constraints or unrealistic deliverables.
Improve task prompts supporting artifacts acceptance criteria rubrics and programmatic checks.
Produce clear technical findings and validate corrected tasks end to end.
QualificationsMust-Have2 years of experience delivering data centers or complex capital projects through EPC design-build or construction-management models.
Relevant roles include Project Engineer Engineering Manager Design Manager Construction Manager Field Engineer Procurement Engineer Commissioning Manager Project Controls Lead or Technical Project Manager.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction interfaces.
Able to interpret large document sets specifications drawings schedules equipment submittals cost and constraint registers and field records.
Precise detail-oriented and able to explain technical issues clearly in writing.
PreferredExperience at a leading EPC design-build engineering or construction firm.
PE PMP CCM or commissioning credentials.
