We are seeking a highly competent Marine Resident Engineer to lead site supervision for a marine construction project in the UAE. Key Qualifications Marine Resident Engineer – UAE We are seeking a highly competent Marine Resident Engineer to lead site supervision for a marine construction project in the UAE.Bachelor’s Degree in Civil 10–15 years of professional experience in marine and coastal projects 2-3 year experience in a Marine Resident Engineer / Site Supervision role Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, quay wall structures, temporary works, and sequencing In-depth understanding of UAE authority requirements Sound knowledge of HSE, QA/QC procedures, inspections, and reporting Strong leadership, coordination, and contractor management skills Ability to monitor contractor performance, progress, compliance, method statements, and shop drawings Must be currently residing in the UAERole OverviewActing as the Consultant’s senior on-site representative for all marine construction activities Full-time supervision of quay wall construction and associated marine works Ensuring execution in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual obligations, and authority requirements Coordinating closely with the Client, Contractors, and relevant Consultants Monitoring construction progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance Reviewing and endorsing method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and material submissions Preparing progress reports and supporting authority inspections as requiredImportant Notice Only applications submitted to info@boweroctant.com will be reviewed.
