We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 5 6 years of UAE experience preferably in retail commercial or similar projects The candidate should have strong site experience and be capable of reviewing drawings providing technical comments coordinating with consultants and contractors and following up on project requirementsstrong

Key Responsibilities
strong Review HVAC plumbing firefighting and other mechanical drawings including tender shop drawings and as-built drawingsReview drawings and provide technical comments to ensure compliance with project requirementsMonitor site works and ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and applicable standardsCoordinate with consultants contractors landlords site teams and other MEP disciplinesFollow up on technical comments approvals and closure of outstanding issuesCheck and ensure compliance with project specifications design requirements and authority regulationsAttend site inspections and meetings and provide necessary technical guidanceReview material submittals method statements and other mechanical technical submissionsFollow up with contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of mechanical worksCoordinate with the maintenance team during testing commissioning and project handoverMaintain proper records of drawings comments approvals inspections and project correspondenceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.6–7 years of relevant UAE experience in HVAC and mechanical services.
Strong site experience in retail, commercial, or similar projects.
Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Experience in reviewing and commenting on drawings and technical submissions.
Good understanding of specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication skills.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
