We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiac Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in diagnosing and treating patients with heart conditions through advanced surgical methods. We are looking for a professional who values patient care, shows proficiency in cardiac surgical procedures, and is enthusiastic about leading the way in cardiac care innovation. Base pay range AED780,000.00/yr - AED960,000.00/yr ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose patients with varying cardiovascular diseases to determine the need for surgical intervention Perform a range of cardiac surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve surgery, and heart transplantation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's condition and needs Provide preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring that patients are well-supported throughout their surgical journey Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures, outcomes, and recovery processes Engage in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving surgical techniques and enhancing patient care protocols Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with regulatory standardsQualificationsM.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution Completion of a General Surgery residency followed by a Cardiac Surgery fellowship Board certification in Cardiac Surgery A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac surgical practice Demonstrated expertise in various cardiac procedures and surgical interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective patient interaction Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced surgical environment Current medical license to practice in the relevant state Commitment to continuing education and staying current with developments in cardiac surgeryBenefitsPrivate Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance BonusSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
