Hiring for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, confident in team leadership, and experienced in managing fast-paced restaurant operations, ideally within the fast-casual or quick-service industry.
This role is focused on managing day-to-day operations, leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensuring our standards for food quality, service, and customer experience are consistently met.
You’ll play a key role in driving restaurant performance, developing a strong team, and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the quality and standards Yolk Brands is known for.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and hygiene
- Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding
- Monitor sales, inventory, costs, and operational performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Support sales growth and local marketing initiatives
