Whether it is through animal conservation, education or tree‑planting, we like to give back in as many ways as we can to help our communities flourish.Job SummaryThe VP, Investment Finance at Kerzner International serves as the primary finance resource for our Property Company (PropCo) operations, coordinating support from Operating Company Finance resources to drive strategic investment initiatives across our ultra‑luxury hospitality portfolio.Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and executing investment finance strategies that align with Kerzner's aggressive expansion goals worldwide. You will lead financial due diligence for M&A opportunities, structure optimal financing solutions, and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and alternative lenders to secure required funding for property acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute investment finance strategy aligned with the group's expansion goals and growth objectivesStructure financing options that balance risk, liquidity, and return on investment across all property developmentsLead financial due diligence and structuring for potential M&A opportunities ensuring optimal capital allocation and risk managementLead financing negotiations for property acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures with institutional partnersSecure debt financing, equity investments, and alternative funding sources to support strategic initiativesSupport financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for critical investment decisionsManage capital stack optimization balancing debt versus equity for each project to ensure financial sustainabilityStructure joint ventures and partnerships to optimize ownership and financing structures for maximum returnsBuild and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, private equity firms and alternative lendersLead fundraising and capital sourcing initiatives to secure required fundings for strategic projectsIdentify PropCo requirements for support from OpCo Finance team and coordinate resource allocationDraw on Finance resources in OpCo to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectivelyServe as finance generalist helping with other ad‑hoc finance and accounting tasks as needed across the organizationSkills, Experience & Educational RequirementsMinimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in investment finance, corporate development, or investment bankingAt least 5–7 years in senior finance leadership roles with direct responsibility for capital raising and deal structuringMaster's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field requiredCFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferredProven track record in leading complex financing transactions exceeding $100 M+ in hospitality, real estate, or related sectorsDeep expertise in debt and equity financing structures, capital markets, and alternative funding mechanismsAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills with proficiency in scenario analysis and risk assessmentExtensive experience in M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction executionStrong relationships with institutional investors, banks, private equity firms, and alternative lendersExpert knowledge of joint venture structuring and partnership optimisation strategiesOutstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to influence C‑suite executives and external stakeholdersExperience in luxury hospitality, real estate development, or asset management preferredOur company is expanding faster than ever before.
