Al Fahim HQ is a leading retail organization in the UAE, recognized for excellence in operations and customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to join our finance team and contribute to the smooth financial operations of the company.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2–3 years of UAE retail experience who is skilled in managing end-to‑end accounts processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive.

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
• Handle invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

• Proven experience in AP & AR functions
• Prior experience in the retail sector is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems
• Good communication and analytical skills.
