Reporting to: Operations Manager Department: Operations Purpose of the Role The Team Leader – Administration oversees the Admin team and coordinates all administrative activities related to PRO and EOR services. This role ensures effective documentation, audit compliance, process implementation, and interdepartmental coordination to maintain operational excellence. The position acts as a primary escalation point representing the Admin Team under the Operations Department. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the administration and periodic audit of:EOR (Employer of Record) Services PRO (Public Relations Officer) ServicesSupervision of Log Management, Document Archiving, and AuditEnsure maintenance and accuracy of:Project Log Service Contract Log Job Card Log Employee LogManage GulfHR platform updates and ensure data integrity Develop, update, and maintain document templates for operational useValidationsConduct validation checks for Job Cards Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports as required by Management Oversee ADNOC Registration & Contracts Serve as client point of contact for relevant services Perform insurance renewals coordination PRO clients’ expiry alerts to KAM Follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure task completion Review and implementation of current and new processes Car rental arrangements for staffFocal Point for Issue ResolutionAct as the primary contact to resolve issues related to:Invoicing Payroll Job Cards Accounts ReceivableCross-functional supportTake up additional tasks or responsibilities as and when required to meet business needs.
