Responsibilities Assist in coordination and supervision of all technical aspects and quality requirements of the project. Provide documentation and written records on progress, executed works, issues, solutions, inspections, change orders, variations, and other aspects that affect the progress of the project. Regular site visits and oversee the actual work in progress and quality of work execution as per project specifications. Liaise with any Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Planners, Quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Monitoring and review of progress through regular meetings and reports. Prepare payment certificates for contractors and sub‑contractors invoices. Prepare minutes of weekly meetings and circulate to the concerned. Management and control of project ensuring compliance with the technical specifications and quality requirements. Well‑versed with the procedures of Local Government Authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA (electricity & water authority), JAFZA, TRAKHEES, CED etc. Enforcing laid down procedures for approval of materials and shop drawings. Overall idea of engineering, reviewing drawings and specifications from concept to completion stage, in‑depth knowledge of Contracts and FIDIC, evaluation of claims, variations to the contracts. Well‑versed with modern construction tools and techniques and safety & quality standards. Able to create work flow programs for all major construction activities. Coordination with the client and follow up on all contract/project related matters, project related correspondences etc. Prepare reports, project execution plans, and any other reports that may be required for the project. Project MIS report for management. Perform other duties in line with scope of work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Over 5 - 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager With Trakhees Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
