The opportunityThis opportunity is within our Data & AI team focusing on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.As an AI Engineering Manager you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative scalable AI solutions that support our clients’ financial and operational decision‑making.You will oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems using modern AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud‑native services.Your leadership will ensure that AI‑driven solutions are designed responsibly and generate measurable value for our clients. This role will be based in Dubai and serve as the center of excellence in Jordan and Egypt, with remote support for MENA client engagements.Travel may be required based on project needs. You will also play a key role in growing our AI offerings, mentoring junior professionals, and shaping strategic AI transformation initiatives in collaboration with Directors and Partners. Your key responsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across diverse industries, ensuring solutions are production‑ready and comply with governance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities for AI implementation. Work with data engineers, architects, and business consultants to integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems. Guide the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace) to drive innovation in areas such as financial document analysis, reporting automation, and virtual assistants. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, explainable, and aligned with clients’ compliance needs. Provide support for proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA while staying current with evolving AI trends, frameworks, and tools.Skills and attributes for successProven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex AI‑enabled projects. Strong organizational and project management skills.To qualify for the role you should haveBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related). Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn. Familiarity with GenAI tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers or enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock). Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows such as document summarization, search, code generation, or chatbots. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions. Experience managing the full AI lifecycle: data preparation, model training, validation, MLOps, and postDeployment monitoring. Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices. Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.Ideally you’ll also haveConsulting experience with a top‑tier firm. Domain knowledge in sectors such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecom, or Retail. Experience with data architecture patterns including data mesh, data fabric, or hybrid data strategies.
