Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all lighting operations in a 24/7 live studio; Set and maintain high standards through policies, procedures, and best practices; Collaborate with producers and directors to bring creative visions to life; Guide and inspire senior lighting technicians, fostering a skilled team; Oversee equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth studio operations. Candidate Requirements: Proven leadership experience in live studio or broadcast lighting; Expert knowledge of lighting equipment, control systems, and techniques; Strong understanding of studio safety and operational best practices; Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills; Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and new technologies.
