Youll also ensure full alignment between the Front Office Housekeeping and Revenue team to prepare rooms to the highest standards deliver on special requests and accommodate early arrivals or late departures with precision and care. Your role will involve constant monitoring of room type availability and outoforder statuses to maximize occupancy while protecting the guest experience. You will ensure VIP and suite allocations are thoughtfully planned in coordination with Guest Relations and Sales & Marketing Department. You will maintain and update room status information in our Property Management System troubleshoot discrepancies and proactively resolve any allocations conflicts. As a Rooms Controller youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.What youll bringYoull bring your unique personality attention to detail and passion to the role and the team. You have a strong background in Front Office operations and a deep understanding of room categories guest preferences and hotel inventory strategies ideally gained in a luxury hotel setting. You are highly proficient with Property Management Systems such as Opera and possess a working knowledge of housekeeping and reservations procedures. You have the ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick informed decisions that protect both the business and the guest journey. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Youre an excellent communicator who can collaborate effortlessly across departments to ensure service delivery is aligned. English is the primary language used in our hotel.
