Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to manage and oversee the financial aspects of Industrial / Warehouse construction projects. This role involves ensuring projects are completed within budget managing financial resources effectively and working closely with various departments to maintain project budgets and implement cost control measures. Key ResponsibilitiesBudget Management:Manage and control financial aspects of construction projects. Collaborate with Estimation Project Managers and other stakeholders to establish and maintain project budgets. Confirm project budgets before commencement and ensure budget approval from Project Managers.Monthly Cost Reporting:Prepare Monthly Cost Reports (MCRs) for all projects. Analyze actual billing against costs incurred. Conduct variance analysis to identify and address discrepancies.Forecasting and Risk Management:Prepare financial forecasts and projections for future project costs and funding requirements. Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Cost-Benefit Analysis:Evaluate construction methods materials and design options. Analyze the impact of project delays on costs.Earned Value and Stock Analysis:Assess the value of completed work and compare with actual costs. Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting. Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
