The Dubai Mall is seeking a friendly information desk assistant to help visitors with maps, directions and general guidance. You will greet guests with a smile and use simple English to point out the fastest routes to popular eateries and shops throughout the mall.
Responsibilities include distributing maps, contacting security for lost visitors, and assisting seniors near the elevators. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.
