Job Overview: As a Sales Specialist for Clinical Diagnostics at Menalabs in the UAE, you will play a key role in promoting and selling routine testing solutions to healthcare providers and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for clinical diagnostics routine testing products and services in alignment with Menalabs' business objectives. Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. Stay informed about advancements in clinical diagnostics and related technologies. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare institutions, laboratories, and clinics. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Product Knowledge:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Menalabs' clinical diagnostics products and services. Provide technical information and support to customers during the sales process. Sales Presentations:Conduct engaging and informative product presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Highlight the benefits and features of Menalabs' routine testing solutions. Quotations and Proposals:Prepare and present accurate and compelling quotations and proposals. Work closely with the sales support team to ensure timely and efficient processing of orders. Achieving Sales Targets:Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for clinical diagnostics routine testing products. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly. Training and Education:Provide training and education to customers on the proper use and application of Menalabs' products. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements to offer informed insights. Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business). Experience:Proven experience in sales within the clinical diagnostics or life sciences industry. Familiarity with routine testing products and services is highly desirable. Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
