Job Purpose: The role is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing syndicated financing transactions while building and managing relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and investors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and track investment performance to optimize returns. Represent the bank at industry events while mentoring junior team members and improving business processes. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking Science. Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years. Computer/ System / Software Skills: MS Office - Expert.
