Tax - ITTS - Transfer Pricing - Senior Manager - UAE Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Overview Join EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team, advising corporate and private equity clients on Transaction Tax, International Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing. The Transfer Pricing team focuses on planning, documentation, audits, and supply chain strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple transfer pricing engagements throughout the project lifecycle. Translate data into insights and build strong client relationships across industries. Contribute to high‑quality tax planning services and support audit defenses. Skills and Attributes for Success Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges. Prepare integrated transfer pricing documents and aid in audit defenses. Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches. Coordinate work with global colleagues to drive collaboration. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis, or related discipline. Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience. Advanced qualifications such as Master’s, Law degree, CPA, CFA, or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, shifting environment. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Arabic. Consistent record of excellence in a professional services environment. Existing transfer pricing experience.
