Overview Position: Senior Executive - Public Relations Job Code: Requisition14770 Location: MEA Employment Type: Permanent Follow up on Entry process of employees Responsibilities The Government Liaison and Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to employee documentation, company licensing, and operational permits. Coordinate with government authorities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Department of Economic Development (DED), and relevant free zone authorities. Handle the timely processing, renewal, and cancellation of employee visas, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, and residency requirements. Oversee the submission and follow-up of all company-related documentation, including trade license renewals, establishment card updates, and other regulatory paperwork. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in documentation to avoid penalties and maintain business continuity. Represent the company as the primary point of contact between the organization and government entities, and manage communications in official matters. Stay up to date on changes in UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and compliance requirements; manage document clearances, translations, attestations, and notary services.
