As our Data Science Senior Manager, you’ll drive high-impact projects, mentor a brilliant team, and deploy cutting-edge solutions in our cloud-first ecosystem.What You'll DoLead end-to-end data science projects — from ideation to deployment — using ML, causal inference, and time-series analysis.Design and implement models that uncover trends, optimize performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.Collaborate with business leaders to turn insights into action and shape data-driven strategies.Coach and mentor data scientists, building a culture of innovation and excellence.Work closely with data engineering and intelligence teams to operationalize solutions in Azure and Snowflake.Advocate for smarter data structures and analytics platforms to future-proof our tech stack.What You BringEducation & ExperienceMaster’s in Data Science, Applied Math, or related field (PhD is a plus).8+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, analytics, or AI.Technical SkillsExpert in Python, R, SQL, and distributed databases (Snowflake, HQL).Deep knowledge of ML techniques (clustering, neural nets, decision trees).Proficient in Azure tools: DataBricks, AzureML, ADF, ADLS.Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis.Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (n8n, Agent Bricks) is a bonus.Soft SkillsStrategic thinker with a product mindset.Excellent communicator and cross‑functional collaborator.Proven leadership in diverse, agile teams.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued — we’d love to hear from you.
