Commissioning Process Specialist

Job Title: Process EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to oversee the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation control systems for Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and wastewater infrastructure in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising process and commissioning activities, including process systems, mechanical equipment, electrical works, and instrumentation control systems.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with contractors to develop and implement commissioning schedules, ensuring integration between civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines.Verify functional testing, performance testing, and plant start-up in line with contractual and operational requirements.Review and comment on contractor submissions, including shop drawings, commissioning plans, method statements, ITPs, O&Ms manuals, and FAT/SAT reports.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for process, electrical, and instrumentation control systems.Monitor progress of commissioning activities, provide status updates to the project team, and highlight any risks or delays.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Control Systems from a recognized university.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of STPs, rising mains pumping stations, and wastewater infrastructure.Proven experience in process operations, testing, and commissioning of treatment plant equipment and instrumentation control systems.
