We are seeking a caring and responsible Tagalog-speaking Babysitter/Nanny to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional childcare services on an on-call basis, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in families' lives.ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive and compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.Engage children with age-appropriate activities, including play, educational tasks, and outings.Assist with basic childcare needs such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changes.Maintain a clean and orderly environment for children.Follow parents' instructions and household routines accurately.Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day, behavior, and needs.Be available for on-call assignments, demonstrating flexibility with working hours.Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards relevant to childcare.QualificationsFluent in Tagalog with strong communication skills.Proven experience as a babysitter or nanny, preferably in an on-call setting.Genuine love and patience for children, with the ability to handle multiple age groups.Reliable, punctual, and responsive to urgent childcare needs.Knowledge of childcare and safety protocols.Ability to engage children in stimulating and educational activities.Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.Willingness to work flexible hours on call.#J-18808-Ljbffr
