Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications, from research and ideation to final implementation. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user flows that communicate design concepts clearly. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience. Ensure design systems, style guides, and component libraries are consistent and scalable.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in AI-powered applications. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner. Mandatory Requirements 8–10+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications .

Strong expertise in Figma (or similar tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

Experience

creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows . Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects and design thinking.
