Position: Senior Consultant Stroke Medicine - Leading Health Care Facility

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join a leading health care facility. In this senior role, you will provide expert clinical leadership in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of stroke patients. You will play a pivotal role in advancing stroke care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to research and service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the comprehensive care and management of patients with stroke and cerebrovascular diseases.
Provide expert clinical consultations and second opinions for complex cases.
Develop and implement best-practice clinical protocols and pathways for stroke management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, radiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Engage in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement projects related to stroke medicine.
Mentor, train, and support junior medical staff and healthcare professionals.
Lead educational sessions and contribute to continuous professional development programs.
Participate in strategic planning and service development to enhance stroke care delivery.

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Extensive experience and board certification in Stroke Medicine or a related specialty.
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in stroke care.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stroke cases and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong research background with publications in stroke medicine preferred.
Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
Commitment to advancing clinical standards and patient-centered care.
