Job Title: Senior 3D Rendering Specialist

Responsibilities

Produce high -quality photorealistic renderings for architectural, interior, and landscape projects.
<\/li>
Interpret CAD drawings and 3D models to develop compelling visual presentations.
<\/li>
Collaborate with design teams to refine visual concepts and storytelling.
<\/li>
Execute post -production enhancements using advanced image editing techniques.
<\/li>
Integrate VR/AR visualization tools to support immersive client presentations.
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications
<\/p>
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  <\/li>
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural visualization or 3D rendering.
  <\/li>
- Must have hands -on experience with Revit and completed at least 4 Revit -based projects.<\/b>
  <\/li><\/ul>
  
  <\/p>
  Technical Skills
  <\/p>
  - Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, V -Ray, Corona Renderer, or equivalent rendering engines.
    <\/li>
  - Advanced modeling skills in SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit.
    <\/li>
  - Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    <\/li>
  - Solid understanding of AutoCAD for technical drawing interpretation.
    <\/li>
  - Skilled in post -production workflows and image compositing.
    <\/li>
  - Familiarity with VR/AR visualization platforms (preferred).
