The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.Essential duties include:Developing sales strategies to increase market presence, maximize profits, and improve customer satisfactionTraining and managing a team of Sales RepresentativesAnalyzing data to identify trends in customer preferencesNegotiating with clientsRepresenting the company at industry eventsCreating reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and competitor activitiesEnsuring compliance with all industry regulations.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably working in El-Fujairah or a Middle Eastern country. The salary is 1600 AED per month, but we are open to considering foreign applicants as well as locals.
