We are expanding our product team and looking for an exceptional Business Analyst / Product Manager to help build the next generation Digital Agency Platform for global syndicated loans and private credit markets. This is a high-ownership role working directly with the CEO, engineering leads, and senior bankers across GCC, UK, Europe, and APAC. What You’ll Work On End-to-end product ownership of the Digital Agency Platform (conditions precedent/subsequent, covenants, cashflows, waterfalls, amendments/waivers, reporting). Translate complex agency workflows into clear product requirements, BRDs/PRDs, and user stories. Work closely with engineering on UI/UX, data models, API design, and architecture. Lead client workshops, UAT cycles, and validation with top regional and global banks. Collaborate on integrations with LoanIQ, ACBS, core banking systems , and bank middleware. Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade standards : auditability, permissioning, GL alignment, and performance. What We’re Looking For 5–10 years experience as BA/PM in Loan Agency, Loan Servicing, Syndicated Lending, Corporate Lending , or bank/fintech platforms. Hands‑on experience with LoanIQ, ACBS, or similar agency/loan servicing systems is a big advantage. Strong ability to write epics, user stories, PRDs, and run workshops with bank stakeholders. Solid understanding of LMA‑based loan structures, covenants, fee schedules, cashflow waterfalls, and borrower obligations. Experience with UAT, data mapping, workflow design, and complex financial calculations. Build a market‑defining platform used by leading global and regional banks. Work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech redefining loan lifecycle management. High visibility role with significant product ownership and leadership exposure.
