Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for managing existing digital sites, products, and features, as well as supporting new projects within the digital team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our digital assets. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and a seamless user experience across all digital platforms. Additionally, the Product Manager will focus on enhancing websites and e‑commerce journeys to improve user engagement and enhance the overall guest experience. Job Scope Manage and optimize existing digital sites, products, and features to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with business goals. Support the development and launch of new digital projects, including conducting market research, defining project requirements, and overseeing the implementation process. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, and translate them into actionable plans for the digital team. Work closely with the Head of Digital to develop and execute the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of digital initiatives, making data‑driven recommendations for improvements. Ensure that digital content across all platforms is consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines. Lead the enhancement of mobile apps, identifying opportunities to improve usability, increase usage, and deliver app-exclusive offers to enhance the guest experience. Act as the product owner for website projects, driving the roadmap and prioritizing new features and enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and operations, to deliver high‑quality digital products and features on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in product management in the digital space, with a strong understanding of user experience, e‑commerce and digital trends. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems (CMS), including experience working with Sitecore, is a plus. Proficiency in analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and experience in leveraging data insights to drive digital strategies. Experience working with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools to optimize website performance and user experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results. A passion for digital innovation and a customer‑centric mindset. Experience 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the digital space. 2+ years of experience in managing websites or e‑commerce journeys. Experience in leading projects for delivering content for new websites or applications. Experience in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and make independent decisions.
